1. Chooz.pk care of our customers and we provide 3 days Money Back Guarantee in case your product is eligible for a refund, you can get your preferred refund method at our web site. The shipping fee will not refund along with the amount paid for your returned product. Note Warranty Void if parcel open checked by customer at the Time of delievry.

Conditions for Returns

a.The product must be unused, unworn, unwashed and without any flaws.

b.The product must include the original tags, user manual, freebies and accessories.

c.The product must be returned in the original and undamaged manufacturer packaging/box. Do not put tape or stickers on the manufacturer’s box.

d.If a product is returned to us in an inadequate condition, we reserve the right to send it back to you.

 

2. The time required to complete a refund depends on the refund method you have selected. The expected processing time mentioned is after we have received your product (4-7 working days) and it has undergone a quality control (1-2 working days)

 

3. We give you warranty that changed the way online shopping was being done in Pakistan. 8.  Electronics products only have Exchange policy; Electronics products are non-refundable.
